Cancun Bay All Inclusive Hotel

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the beach and only a short drive away from popular spots like Coco Bongo. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed. While there were some issues with the cleanliness and service, the friendly bartenders and helpful front desk staff were a standout. Overall, for the price paid, the facilities offered were acceptable and the inclusive food and drink options were a good value. It's a decent choice for those looking for a budget-friendly stay with beachfront access in Cancun.

The location was perfect with a nice beach and great pools. Staff was mostly friendly, and our room accommodated us well. Service at the Italian restaurant was good. However, the food was repetitive, some areas were dirty, communication was lacking, and there were issues with room cleanliness and customer service.

The resort's small beach had a shark cage and rocky waters, but the pools and jacuzzi made up for it. Rooms were clean, and the Japanese restaurant was a standout. Friendly staff, abundant activities, and varied food options impressed. Some noise issues, but overall a family-friendly, enjoyable stay.

The hotel's decor was charming and elegant, with cozy sitting areas and beautiful tropical plants throughout the property. The easy accessibility for senior people, with ramps in all areas, made it so convenient to move around and enjoy the stunning views.

More thoughtful and attentive service from the young staff would have made the vacation even better for senior guests.

The hotel had an awesome heated pool and great drinks included - perfect for a quick getaway. The beach was stunning, staff were all super friendly, and there were sports activities to keep us entertained. The only hiccup was occasionally missing the activity spots, but that was probably more on us than the hotel. Can't wait to go back! 🌴

From Cons:While the dining options were limited, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent. Noise from pool remodeling was present, and early check-in incurred a $40 charge. Staff attention was lacking, and the beach had mixed reviews. On the positive side, Victor was a standout staff member, and the rooms were clean.

Staff was top-notch, hotel was pristine, and the ocean view from the room was stunning. Dining had ample food options and was well-managed. great value for the money.

The location of this hotel is amazing, it's right down the street from the OXXO store and early in the restaurant. The staff were very helpful with room service and car hire. The housekeeping was amazing, and the laundry and medical facilities services really came through when I needed them. The tours and ticket assistance were great, and the welcome drink was a nice touch.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the beach. The facilities were decent and we got a bigger room than we needed. The all-inclusive package was a great deal, with food and drinks included for a reasonable price. The bed in our room was king-sized and comfortable.

Getting clean after being at the beach is not an issue, as there are shower facilities located near the beach area. The location is stagnant and unfortunately, the beach is not as ideal as it is advertised. However, there is a beach in the "El Rey" area, which could be more pleasant.

The service is not up to expectations, with staff making guests feel like a bother.

The Junior Suite was super spacious and comfy with a separate bedroom and cozy terrace. The pool view was just stunning, and the amenities like the minibar and cable TV made the stay even more enjoyable.

I personally found the layout of the second bedroom a bit odd, but I'm sure others might not mind it.

Close to the beach with friendly staff and a clean resort. Enjoyed the surprise foam parties and swim-up bar. Plenty of room on the beach. Food was pretty good, and most staff were nice. Comfortable beds and lots of activities available.

The private beach was fine, perfect for snorkeling. We loved the personalized service, especially when the chef prepared a special meal for our dietary needs.
